Welcome to The Learning Grove - a space dedicated to family education and support for parents across Indonesia.

Do you believe learning can be a shared journey of curiosity and growth, where both children and adults discover new ways of thinking and being? As an educator, I do.

Parents today face an overwhelming stream of information, which makes it easy to feel stuck in worry instead of guiding with clarity and confidence.

I want to help families navigate these challenges with ease and understanding. I am turning my years in education and wellness into family learning tools that foster self-awareness and communication — so you can turn everyday concerns into opportunities for connection, confidence and lifelong learning.

LET'S TALK ... CARDS

In a rapidly changing world, we are all learners, constantly navigating new experiences and ideas. As parents, one of the most powerful things you can do is embrace this learning journey alongside your children. By modelling curiosity and openness, you show them what lifelong learning looks like and help them grow with confidence.

At the heart of this journey is communication. We each experience the world in unique ways and when we share those experiences, we open the door to deeper connection and the chance to see life from new perspectives.

My downloadable conversation cards feature 56 thoughtful questions on topics relevant to parenting and family life. They make big ideas child-friendly and easy to explore. These simple, printable sets nurture curiosity, empathy and reflection, helping your family discover new levels of understanding together.

Beyond Reports: A Hands-On Approach to Your Child's Education

Home is where learning comes to life! While teachers focus on concepts and skills, you have the beautiful opportunity of turning your child’s learning into action and participating in their education beyond parent–teacher meetings and school reports.

My years as a teacher have taught me that it’s important for students to understand the relevance of what they are learning at school — this builds confidence and motivation. With my support, you will gain the tools and confidence to mentor your child through their formative school years. By putting learning into practice, you will help your child develop their executive functioning, discover their strengths, build their self-esteem and integrate learning into a lifelong habit. This approach fosters the lasting benefits of quality time and meaningful connection, empowering families and communities alike to navigate the complexities of the digital age together.

IDR 550,000 per hourly session

How it works:

1. Send me a message introducing your family and the area of the school curriculum you would like to focus on.

2. I will then ask for a copy of your child’s learning objectives or curriculum (usually shared in your school’s termly letter to parents).

3. We will follow up with an hourly mentoring session to discuss activities that match your family’s values and interests and naturally extend your child’s knowledge and understanding.

Online Tutoring for Primary Students

Learning is most powerful when it feels personal

Through my 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions, I help students build confidence, curiosity, and clarity in their learning. My approach blends academic support with emotional awareness, helping each learner discover their strengths and develop lifelong skills for success.

Whether your child needs focused guidance or enrichment beyond the classroom, I create a calm, encouraging space where growth feels natural and achievable.

1:1 IDR 550,000 per hourly lesson

GROUPS IDR 800,000 per hourly lesson (max. 4 students)

Helping Young Minds Take Their Next Step

Beginning university abroad is both a milestone and a logistical maze. Over the years, I have helped my cousins’ children navigate the research and application stages, and I would be happy to do the same for your family.

UCAS Application Preparation: IDR 550,000 per hour

Through one-on-one mentoring and English proofreading support, I will help your child craft a personal statement that highlights their unique skills, strengths, experiences and interests with clarity and confidence.

Relocation Support: IDR 550,000 per hour

Based in the U.K., I can assist as a personal assistant, helping your family navigate British administrativ processes within my own time zone. This may include organising accommodation and travel, or helping your child set up bank accounts and phone contracts. By making the relocation process smoother, your child can focus on making friends and settling in, while your family can focus on creating lasting memories.
